1. Data controller

2. A site with no account and no cookie
You order without creating an account: we never ask for a password or a profile. Mondiastro sets no cookie and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tool. Your order is retrieved through a personal link containing a random identifier.
3. Data we process

We neither sell nor rent any personal data.
4. Processing by artificial intelligence
To produce your reading, the country and week you choose, together with the sky data computed for that period, are sent to an artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, PBC, United States, via its professional programming interface). Under that provider's current commercial terms, data sent through this interface is not used to train its models; it may be retained by it for a limited time, in particular for safety purposes. This transfer outside the European Union takes place under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
The reading is produced automatically, without human review. It does not name any living leader, party or government, and it does not constitute a decision producing legal effects on you.
5. Recipients and processors
- Host: see legal notice — hosting of the application and database.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — payment collection. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe; they never pass through our servers. Stripe may transfer data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.
- Anthropic, PBC (United States) — production of the reading by artificial intelligence (see section 4).
- Email delivery provider — only for the link to your reading and messages related to your order.
6. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), an unguessable reading link, request-rate limiting, security headers and a strict content-security policy, logs without content. Your reading's link is personal: anyone who has it can view it until it is deleted; do not share it if the content is sensitive to you.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To have your reading erased before the 30-day deadline, write to contact@mondiastro.com with your order number (shown on the result page and in the email). You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with your own country's authority.
