Terms of sale
These terms are governed by French law regardless of the language you read them in; in case of discrepancy, the reference version is the French version. Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale, by Mohammed Smirès EI ("the Publisher"), of the service offered on Mondiastro ("the Service"): an online service that produces, from a country and a week you choose, a mundane-astrology reading (political, economic, social and natural climate) written by an AI from the period's real transits. The Service is reserved for adults and is for personal, non-professional and non-official use: it must not be relied upon for actual state, diplomatic, financial or investment decisions.
2. Ordering without an account
No account is required. You fill in the form, tick the acceptance box, then pay. You retrieve your reading through a personal link, shown after payment and sent to the email address entered at payment.
3. Nature of the reading: artificial intelligence and mundane astrology
This text is a symbolic reading produced by an AI from mundane astrology (a tradition, not a science): it predicts no real event and must not ground any political, economic or financial decision.
The reading is produced automatically by an artificial-intelligence system from real planetary transit data for the chosen period, without human review. It is provided for cultural, entertainment and reflective purposes; it does not constitute geopolitical, economic, financial, meteorological or any other professional advice, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. By design, it never names a living leader, political party or government, and never states a precise dated prediction. You remain solely responsible for any use you make of it and for any decision you take.
4. Price
The price of the Service is €4.90 tax incl. per order. This is a one-off payment: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, in full at the time of order, through the secure payment provider Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and are never transmitted to us.
6. Performance and delivery
The Service is performed immediately after payment is confirmed; the reading generally appears within a few minutes on the order page and is emailed to you. It remains viewable for 30 days, after which it is deleted from our servers: please save it.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are acting as a consumer, you are in principle entitled to a fourteen (14) day period to withdraw from a distance contract. However, under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, and for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance began after your prior express consent and your express waiver of your right of withdrawal.
This is the purpose of the box you tick before paying: you request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the reading is provided to you.
8. Delivery failure and refund
If the reading cannot be provided to you (technical failure, error), you are automatically and fully refunded to the payment method used; the credit appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You are notified by email. Any other refund request may be sent to contact@mondiastro.com with your order number; the Publisher will examine it carefully. This clause does not limit the rights you hold under the law, including the statutory conformity guarantee applicable to consumers.
9. Availability
The Publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the Service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access (maintenance, incident, unavailability of a provider, force majeure). No order is charged without being delivered or refunded.
10. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to submit content that infringes third-party rights, to divert the Service from its purpose, or to disrupt its operation (abusive automation, circumvention attempts). It is in particular prohibited to present a reading as a genuine geopolitical, diplomatic or financial analysis, or to attribute it to a real institution.
11. Intellectual property
Subject to payment, the Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the reading provided to you. As readings are produced by artificial intelligence, the Publisher does not guarantee their originality or freedom from third-party rights; you must check before any commercial use.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data, including its transmission to an artificial-intelligence provider, is described in the privacy policy.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the price of the order concerned. The Publisher is not liable for indirect damages, nor for the consequences of decisions taken on the basis of an AI-produced reading (see section 3). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, nor limits the mandatory rights of consumers.
14. Consumer mediation
In case of a dispute, please first write to contact@mondiastro.com. If no solution is found, you may resort free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the Publisher is affiliated: details to be provided (LEGAL_MEDIATOR).
15. Changes to these terms
The Publisher may change these terms; the applicable version is the one online on the date of the order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts will be those determined by the applicable legal rules, consumers benefiting from the protective jurisdiction rules that apply to them.
